What is the process if I need 1:1 support for my Strøm-Bike?

If you need 1:1 support for your Strøm-Bike, simply reach out to us via our dedicated support platform. Once we receive your inquiry, we'll arrange a private session where one of our experts will assist you in diagnosing and fixing the issue with your bike. We ensure personalized service to help get your bike back on track quickly.

It’s possible to install many of the STRØM Bikes components yourself. However, some are more challenging to mount—but that’s where we’re here to help! E-Bike Helper is available to answer any questions you may have about your STRØM E-Bike or if you need assistance with installing any STRØM parts.

We understand how frustrating it must be not to receive the product you paid for through STRØM Bikes.

When STRØM Bikes went bankrupt, I personally experienced losses, both financially and emotionally. Unfortunately, E-Bike Helper is an entirely new initiative and is not connected to STRØM Bikes financially. This means I am unable to process refunds or fulfill orders placed with the former company.

E-Bike Helper was created to assist former STRØM customers by providing spare parts, batteries, and components to keep your bikes running. While I cannot change the past, my goal is to help you move forward and continue to enjoy your bike.
